Strategic management tool for monitoring staff appropriations

For several years, the FPS Economy's personnel budget was underutilised. Therefore, the FPS Economy's HR Department wanted to develop its own methodology for monitoring the risk of exceeding staff appropriations. To this end, Möbius developed an instrument as an alternative approach to the methodology developed by FPS BOSA, and adapted to the specific context of the FPS Economy.

Trüvius as external process supervisor for ESF

Trüvius played an overarching role by stimulating the exchange of knowledge and experience between projects, extracting and combining lessons learned and formulating policy recommendations based on this.
