To facilitate the growth of Trüvius, we are looking for an experienced people-oriented project & account manager.

Developing and providing leadership trainings and development tracks to leaders in public and/or private organizations

Coaching individuals and or teams towards better performance and cooperation

Working together with a network of trainer coaches

Guiding and contributing to change projects from your people-oriented perspective and coaching attitude

Expanding know-how and expertise in the above topics

Cooperating with colleagues from different sectors and expertise to cater to customer needs and realize internal growth

Networking and building relationships to further develop the business

To increase our impact by writing great proposals and selling impactful projects

is a passionate expert in topics like leadership, collaboration, organizational development, change
-
is a certified coach and/or teamcoach
-
has experience in leadership trainings and other soft skills training / coaching
-
loves networking, taking initiative and business development
-
prefers evidence-based methods and tools, and is capable of reflecting critically upon them
-
knows how to translate the concepts and tools to concrete applications for the needs of internal and external customers
-
speaks fluent Dutch and preferably has a good knowledge of French and English
-
is customer-oriented, a team player and a convincing communicator
