Build bridges
One of Möbius' ambitions is to be a bridge builder between people and organisations. Therefore, we like to build networks in our various areas of expertise.
Through our Operational Excellence Community, we want to bring professionals together to share experiences and inspire each other in an informal setting. We provide about 3 sessions a year with a mix of small-group thematic discussions around concrete OPEX cases, company visits at participants' premises and keynote speakers.

How does such a session look like?
In the end of 2023, we organised a session at Volvo Trucks' offices in, Sint-Agatha-Berchem. This session then looked like this:

Welcome speech by Volvo Trucks

"Lean For Retail" program explained: Volvo Trucks Belux aims to create a CI culture through the Lean For Retail strategy. The daily meeting, the team board, 5S, value stream mapping, problem solving, standardised work, ... are some of the lean tools the dealers use to improve end-to-end performance in terms of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and business results.
