We help hospitals and healthcare organizations gain insight into their operations, costs, revenues and capacity utilization through advanced data analytics and dashboards. This enables them to identify inefficiencies, understand causes with sustainable improvements as a goal.

You like to ...

  • analyze and visualize hospital data to provide insight into costs, activities, capacity and outcomes

  • develop dashboards and reports for healthcare organizations

     

  • model and interpret complex data sets using programming languages such as R (preferred) or Python

  • support hospitals in their transition to value-based healthcare

  • work together with healthcare professionals, finance teams and IT departments to develop relevant solutions

.

Our match made in heaven ...

  • is the proud owner of a master's degree in Business Engineering - Data Analytics, Commercial Sciences - Management and Computer Science or a similar analytical program

  • has maximum 3 years of work experience in data analysis

  • has experience in working with R (preferred) and/or Python

  • is strongly interested in healthcare and financial analysis, where prior knowledge is a plus, not a must

  • can structure and interpret complex datasets and is an excellent communicator

  • is fluent in Dutch and English and can score extra points en français

  • enjoys working in a team and has a proactive and problem-solving mindset
