To facilitate the growth of Trüvius, we are looking for an enthusiastic Facilitator.

You love:

developing co-creation trajectories with a complex set of stakeholders
hosting gatherings for large-groups
guiding learning networks and partnerships
designing workshops
acting as a facilitator for systemic change
cooperating with colleagues from different sectors to cater to customer needs and realize internal growth
assisting in writing great proposals and selling impactful projects to increase (y)our impact

Our ideal facilitator

has experience in participation and stakeholdermanagement and has a heart for the public sector
has experience and/or an interest in the art of hosting, systemic design thinking
loves to experiment with new facilitation techniques and support colleagues in using them
speaks fluent Dutch and preferably has a good knowledge of French and English
is flexible, curious and likes variety and taking initiative
is customer-oriented, a team player and a convincing communicator
