You will guide various companies and play a key role in solving complex challenges using advanced machine learning techniques. You will be responsible for developing predictive modeling, optimization, and forecasting, combining a deep understanding of client needs with the design and implementation of data-driven solutions.

You like:

providing tailored advice to clients within the domain of Operational Excellence and implementing the best solutions within their business strategy.
executing and managing a variety of projects, overseeing project scope and results. Projects focus on Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Strategy Development & Deployment in Operational Excellence, Performance Management & Standards, Improvement & Process Management, Leadership & Culture.
expanding our service offerings commercially by identifying new opportunities, establishing client contacts, and realising new projects.

Our ideal Project Manager OPEX/Continuous Improvement:

holds a master's degree.
has 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of Operational Excellence, preferably in various sectors.
has the ambition to promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and a drive for perfection within and outside our company.
is fluent in Dutch and/or French.
is flexible, curious, and enjoys variety and taking initiative.
is customer-oriented, a team player, and a persuasive communicator.
holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
