You're passionate about

Designing and implementing AI architectures based on Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT and other advanced AI models

Developing scalable AI solutions and designing flexible, future-proof architectures for cloud environments like Azure

Developing and managing AI models from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring seamless integration and deployment on cloud platforms

Applying skills in prompt engineering to optimise and tailor LLMs to specific client needs and use cases

Combining GenAI knowledge with traditional machine learning techniques and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to create hybrid AI solutions

Building and managing APIs for AI services, including API management and security

Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand their AI needs and translate them into valuable, data-driven solutions
Our ideal GenAI engineer

Holds a master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

Has extensive experience with LLMs and GenAI tools and techniques, as well as strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch

Has experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and is skilled in setting up CI/CD pipelines for AI models

Is proficient in programming languages such as Python and has experience in building and maintaining APIs

Is proactive, curious, and enjoys pushing the boundaries of AI innovation

Possesses strong communication skills and can convey technical concepts clearly and persuasively

Is a team player who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders to solve complex AI challenges
