Most of us face similar challenges in pursuing a customer-focused organisation. Therefore, we believe that sharing experiences, best practices, pitfalls, cases, and ideas among CX peers is of great value.
The Customer Experience Peer2Peer network (CX P2P) aims to create a network where CX experts and professionals can exchange experiences and ideas to improve customer experience within their organisations.
For whom?
This community welcomes everyone who wants to do better for customers and seeks inspiration. The more we share CX stories, the more we can learn.
Events
Several times a year, we organise physical events, hosted by or at a Belgian company undergoing a CX transition. This allows participants to learn from each other. On our events page, you will always find the latest announcements.
